Shopfloor Leadership : Why Shopfloor Leadership is Important?

Shopfloor in any company is the exact place where products or services are produced or delivered. Productivity and quality of products and services depend greatly on what exactly happen in the shopfloor (Genba, in Japanese Language). Shopfloor leaders greatly shape the ability for a company to thrive in the ever-increasing competitive environment. PQM Consultants believe that empowering Shopfloor Leaders with the right knowledge and skills is essential for a company in establishing sustainable growth.

Shopfloor Leadership training from PQM Consultants is designed to provide practical managerial and leadership skills for Shopfloor Leaders in their daily role. All activities and lessons learned are meant to equip frontline managers such as Foreman the managerial and leadership skills to perform their daily roles on the floor.

Participating in this training, participants will be able to directly use the skills taught in managing their team’s daily work by using Daily Management System, in leading their team with effective communication methods and in daily problem solving.

The training typically last for 2-days with optional Coaching Sessions to ensure that lessons learned are implemented successfully. The training will improve leaders capability in the following areas:
