Implementing ISO is a PDCA cycle and cannot be done without preparation. In order to deliver the best outcomes in the implementation of EMS and OHSMS, PQM Consultants provide programs in several stages, including:

  1. The preparation stage by conducting Gap Analysis and introductory training on EMS and OHSMS for XL Axiata Business Solutions and related division.
  2. Standardization in the form of coaching regarding the creation of mandatory documentation needed for the implementation of EMS and OHSMS.
  3. Implementation stage starting with a review of the performance of the documentation that has been made and providing assistance on EMS and OHSMS drill simulations.
  4. The internal audit begins with internal audit training to improve the ability and understanding of the audit procedures and provides assistance in internal audits and management reviews.
  5. The certification audit by providing external audit assistance and follow-up coaching on audit findings if any and facilitate implementation assistance for the next 3 years (maintenance).
