We are implementing ISO 22301:2019 to ensure business continuity in providing sustainable services to XL Axiata Business Solutions corporate customers. Then, implementing ISO 9001 for the quality management system and 20000-1 regarding the IT service management system in May 2020, as well as ISO 22301 regarding the business continuity management system for BU, which will begin to be implemented in 2021.

Solution

Implementing ISO cannot be done without preparation. In the process of implementing the management system, PQM Consultants provides programs in several stages, including:

  1. The preparation stage by conducting Gap Analysis and understanding training on QMS, SMS and BCMS for the XL Axiata Business Solutions division.
  2. Standardization is in the form of coaching regarding the creation of mandatory documentation needed for implementing QMS, SMS and BCMS.
  3. Implementation is a review of the performance of the documentation that has been made and assistance for BCP drill simulations.
  4. The internal audit begins with internal audit training to improve the ability and understanding of audit procedures and assist in implementing internal audits and management reviews.
  5. The certification audit will provide audit assistance and follow-up coaching on audit findings if any and facilitate implementation assistance for 3 years (maintenance).

Results
