The candidates should have at lease five years experience in Managerial Positions, preferably having hands-on experiences in leading or managing improvement project in the following areas of specialization:

Job Description

  • Delivering training and/or consulting projects in TPM activities, building problem solving and improvement capabilities in the company
  • Assuring the quality of project is conformed with customer requirements
  • Contributing as part of a team in delivering consulting and training project on Productivity and Quality Improvement topics
  • Developing innovative methodologies in TPM Topics
  • Develop proposals for potential clients on TPM topics
  • Participate in business development of the company

Requirements

  • Female / male
  • Bachelor Degree in Sciences, Engineering or Management from reputable university, GPA min. 3,00
  • Have experience in corporate training and delivery in the related topics
  • Have at least 5 years experience in Managerial positions, preferably having hands-on experiences in building problem solving capabilities and leading improvement project in the areas of specialization in TPM
  • Have experience in Manufacture Industry and/or Operation Management
  • Good computer skill
  • Strong team player and enjoy travelling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Strong drive for continuous learning, self initiative and motivation
