Robby Anzil Firdaus (RA) is a Consultant in PQM Consultants – a Consulting firm that specializes in helping clients in consulting and training to build continuous improvement culture by making “productivity and quality improvement through people” works.
Robby has work experience of more than 14 years. During his career Robby was a researcher in a biotechnology research company, a pilot plan manager in an international agribusiness company, a business manager in a national financial company, a consultant in the field of government education & administration, as well as the development and quality assurance of the Faculty of Engineering, UI.
Robby completed his bachelor degree (S1) in microbiology dep. biology FMIPA University of Indonesia with a full scholarship from Nagao Japan, and graduate in 3.5 years. Robby continued his Masters (S2) in Industrial Engineering, FT University of Indonesia, and is currently completing his Doctor (S3) education in the field of education technology at Pelita Harapan University. He is currently a writer in several national and international journals on education, psychology, human capital and industrial engineering. Robby currently focuses on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025, lean systems, HACCP, GMP, business process improvement.
Some of the professional certifications, training and seminars that have been attended include: IRCA certified lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2015, IRCA certified lead auditor ISO 27001: 2013, Quality, Integrated ISO (9001,14001,45001, 22001, 27001, 20001). International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (Malaysia), Certified First Aider Aider (Ministry of Manpower & Transmigration).
