Ziadatul Akmal Taufik is a Technical Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in trainings and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people. She specializes in Human Resources.

Ezi obtained her Bachelor Degree in Psychology at Universitas Gadjah Mada with Cum Laude predicate. During college, she was active in many student organizations and competition activities. On 2019, she received an achievement as Mahasiswa dengan Prestasi from Psychology Faculty of Universitas Gadjah Mada.

She began her career in People Development area as a Junior Success Talent of professional programmer talent at Arkademy, one of Telkom’s fostered startup. As a Junior Success Talent, Ezi organized the selection and development program for professional programmer talent to upgrade their skills and working readiness. She also has work experience as a Human Capital Trainee at Astra International, specializes in People Development such as technical competency assessment, development matrix, and training management.

Several projects that she has done related to Human Resources are developing trainer evaluation, instructor management standard procedure, training syllabus & material development, development matrix, technical competency assessment, employee opinion survey, and conduct the training from end-to-end process.

Ezi also has attended various trainings such as: Co-Facilitator & Co-Trainer PPSMB UGM, SP2KM (Leadership) of UGM, and XL Future Leaders Batch 6.
