Training within industry (TWI) is both technique and knowledge for supervisors to train their subordinates quicly, develop and maintainpositive working relation, in order to avoid problems, and make continuous improvement towards working process.

Apllying the TWI skill can create more effective working process as to minimize many problrms such as process error, accident, deffect, rework, scrap, delay, etc.
