He has led and supported various improvement initiatives including Lean implementation, Kaizen, 5S deployment, problem-solving facilitation and continuous improvement programs across logistics, manufacturing, construction, automotive, heavy industry, and mining sectors.
One of his notable project experiences includes end-to-end procurement management for establishing a new plant, covering material sourcing, improvement, vendor coordination, shipment handling, receiving and customs clearance processes. This experience strengthened his expertise in managing complex supply chain ecosystems with cross-functional coordination.
