Before joining PQM Consultants, Rudi was a System & Improvement Manager at PT TVS Motor Indonesia, leading the company’s TPM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, efficiency, and equipment performance. Previously, he spent over 10 years at PT Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia, where he progressively advanced from administrative to managerial roles in innovation and improvement. His work included developing TPM roadmaps, facilitating QCC and Kaizen activities, managing cost-saving programs, and integrating TPM practices with ISO and IATF quality systems.
Rudi earned his Bachelor of Technology from STMIK Dharma Negara (2017–2019). His educational foundation supports his analytical and technical proficiency, particularly in production systems, quality management, and industrial process optimization.
Rudi has completed numerous professional courses including Internal Quality Audit IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and Root Cause Analysis. He is also a certified Ahli Muda K3 Lingkungan Kerja, His continuous learning includes training in APQP, PPAP, Kaizen Facilitation, and HORENSO & Analytical Thinking reflecting a lifelong commitment to professional growth and operational excellence.
