Alda actively facilitates projects and training programs focused on Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics using Power BI, and Continuous Improvement, while also contributing to the development of new products aligned with industry trends. Alda had the opportunity to participate in a Kaizen Digital program in Tokyo, Japan, as the sole representative from Indonesia
Alda earned her Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Prior to joining PQM Consultants, she worked for two years as a Teaching Assistant at Gadjah Mada University.
