Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist with 1-22 years of experience to spearhead our digital audience acquisition and business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality B2B leads through both paid advertising (Google & Meta Ads) and organic channels (SEO). Beyond digital acquisition, you will also play a key role in managing engaging webinars/events and nurturing our clients community to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and also client prospects for educational purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Meta Ads, targeting corporate B2B audiences (managers, directors, and industry practitioners).
- Manage and optimize on-page and off-page SEO for the company website to improve search engine rankings and drive relevant organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research tailored to the management consulting industry to support articles, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (both Paid Ads and SEO) using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conceptualize and draft networking events that appeal to the B2B target market.
- Manage communications and foster relationships with our community and training alumni through digital channels.
- Act as the coordinator with speakers or facilitators regarding presentation materials and event schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing manager, sales department and the IT department, to ensure smooth event execution from the promotional phase to post-event follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (experience in B2B or service-based industries is a strong plus).
- Proven track record of managing and operating campaigns directly within Gpogle Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Solid understanding and practical experience in executing SEO strategies, and familiarity with SEO tools (such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar).
- Strong understanding of B2B copywriting and SEO-friendly content creation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with corporate clients and industry leaders.
- Proactive, creative, and possesses a strong data-driven mindset.
