Job Description
- Contributing to the success of project delivery (Consulting & Training) with our clients
- Assuring the quality delivery of task assigned during projects
- Contributing to the process of developing proposal and presentation
- Contributing to the success of Product Improvement or new Product Development
- Contributing to Objective Key Results (OKR) of our Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs)
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Industrial Engineering /Human Capital or other Degree from reputable university with GPA min. 3,00.
- Have working experience min 5 years
- Have experience in developing Human Capital Management System
- Have leadership experience
- Good analytical thinking, strong team player and enjoy traveling.
- Preferably having hands-on experiences in training and/or consulting
- Professional writing ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong drive for continuous learning, self initiative and motivation.
