Job Description
- Contributing to the success of project delivery (Consulting & Training) with our clients
- Assuring the quality delivery of task assigned during projects
- Contributing to the process of developing proposal and presentation
- Contributing to the success of Product Improvement or new Product Development
- Contributing to Objective Key Results (OKR) of our Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics/Information Systems (or
- equivalent) with GPA min 3,00
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics / Procurement
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, especially Inventory, Logistics, Transport &
- Distribution, Procurement, Cold Chain
- Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and data analytics tools implementation
- Willing to travel / work on-site based on project needs
- Proven project management capabilities and ability to coach, train, and transfer skills to client supply chain teams.
- Good analytical thinking, strong team player and enjoy traveling.
- Professional writing ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong drive for continuous learning, self initiative and motivation.
