Contributing to the success of project delivery (Consulting & Training) with our clients
Assuring the quality delivery of task assigned during projects
Contributing to the process of developing proposal and presentation
Contributing to the success of Product Improvement or new Product Development
Contributing to Objective Key Results (OKR) of our Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs)

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, and other technical Degree from reputable university with GPA min. 3,00.
Have working experience min 5 years in Total Productive Maintenance
Min. as Supervisor in area of Total Productive Maintenance
Have leadership experience
Good analytical thinking, strong team player and enjoy traveling.
Preferably having hands-on experiences in training and/or consulting
Professional writing ability
Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Strong drive for continuous learning, self initiative and motivation.
