In addition to formal education in Corporate Management & Human Resource Management, Argha also improves his competence by obtaining several certifications such as BNSP MSDM, Coaching Skills, Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Personality Profiling, Certified Everything DISC Trainer, Job Evaluation, Targeted Selection – Behavioral Event Interview, Training for Trainers, and Certified Assessors.
Argha completed his education from Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University and then completed his Masters in Human Resource Management at Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University as the best graduate. Prior to joining PQM Consultants, Argha has experience in PT Astra International Tbk, Garudafood Group, Multinational Company, and the Gunung Sewu Group.
With a portfolio of experience and competencies above, Argha is ready to assist clients in developing Human Capital management in HCM set-up project, Talent Management, Performance Management, Corporate Culture, Learning Programs, Teamwork, Communication Skills, Coaching, and Organization Development including Job Evaluation, Grading system, Remuneration Design, Change Management, and other self-development training programs.
