Ayat Edi Santoso is a Technical Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in trainings and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people.
Ayat has obtained General K3 certification & Certified Behavioral Analyst (DISC).
Ayat Edi completed his education majoring in Social and Political Sciences at Surakarta University. Ayat was quite active in participating in various student organizations and competitions. He was one of the students who received a full scholarship from Sports. Ayat started his career in the Human Resource Development field as an HRD & GA officer in an automotive company from Korea before joining PQM Consultants.
Since 2007 Ayat has been active as an Assistant Consultant handling several projects including Team building, Team Alignment, Creative Innovative Thinking, Practical Problem Solving Simulation & Coaching, Supply Chain Management, Coaching, Autonomous Maintenance, Consulting TPM, 5-S in The Office, Warehouse Management, and Outbound Simulation.
