Chaerul Anwar is a Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in trainings and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people.
Chaerul is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt by IQF (International Quality Federation) and a Data Scientist from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP).
He completed his Bachelor’s degree at Jenderal Soedirman University majoring in Electrical Engineering, with a concentration in Electronics and Instrumentation and his Magister Degree in Operation Management at Mercu Buana University. Prior to joining PQM, Chaerul started his career through the Management Trainee (MT) program which was specially designed to produce potential leaders in one of the largest FMCGs in Indonesia. He continued his career in Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing and supply chain tech company.
During his time at PQM, CA has helped facilitate the areas of Productivity & Quality Improvement (5S, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Practical Problem Solving, Six Sigma, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Design of Experiment, Design for Six Sigma, and others related to Operational Excellence) and People Development (Shopfloor Leadership, Supervisory Management, and Managerial Development Program) for numerous Industry like Manufacturing, Automotive, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Mining, EPC, and several state-owned enterprises.
