Dian Ananda Setiawan is a Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in training and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people.
Dian received Certified Assessor Competency and TOT KKNI Level 4 from BNSP. She has also received Certified Professional Human Capital Management (CPHCM).
Dian obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and completed the Psychology Profession Program at Atma Jaya Catholic University. She has more than 11 years of experience as a Human Resources practitioner.
With her background in Human Resources, Dian has helped clients from various industries and services. As a consultant, she develops Competency Model, Performance Management System, and conducts coaching and assessments. She is also experienced in teaching various topics such as Competency Based Interview, Training Need Analysis, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Talent Management, Train the Trainers, Resilience, Leadership, Employee Engagement, SDM Pemula, Coaching, Mentoring, HR For Non-HR, Change Management, Creative & Innovative Thinking, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, and so on.
