Fauzan received Certified Design Thinking from IBM as Design thinking Practitioner
With more than 6 years of experience, Fauzan has the ability in technical problem solving, manufacturing practical tools, design thinking, and shopfloor management. His experience as a Production department leader made Fauzan understand the analysis of Human Development.
Fauzan completed his education in Electronic Engineering at Politeknik Negeri Semarang. Prior to joining PQM, he has worked at PT. Nasmoco Pratama Motor (Nasmoco Group), PT. Aisin Indonesia Automotive, and PT. Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia.
