Jarot is a Certified in Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and a Certified in Basic Supply Chain Management (BSCM) both from APICS-ASCM USA and LEAN program series from LEI (Lean Enterprise Institute, USA).
Some of his experiences in helping clients’ organizations are building sustainable business growth by improving both supply chain and business operation through LEAN and SCM implementation.
Jarot promotes LEAN and Kaizen for Non-Manufacturing Industries such as LEAN and Kaizen implementation in the largest (local private-owned) retail bank, Healthcare and Laboratory in Indonesia.
Jarot collaborates with Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance Solutions (currently known as JMAC) to help clients in implementing TPM in their organizations and have facilitated several manufacturing companies to obtain TPM Awards and also combining TPM and TQM (TpQM) collaborate with JUSE (Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers) to obtain Deming Prize in one of the largest Heavy Duty Equipment Manufacturer in the world.
