Miky Nurhariadi is a Principal Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in trainings and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people.
Miky has obtained several certifications such as Business Excellence in Service Industry by Asian Productivity Organization (APO), Lean Manufacturing Systems by APO, Challenge to Higher TPM Awards through Integration of Total Productive Maintenance and Toyota Production System by Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM), and Program on Linkage Management System Advanced Production System based on TPS & TPM by The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS)
Miky has assisted clients from various fields of industry, manufacturing and services, national and multinational companies in improving organizational performance, both in the form of consulting and training to improve productivity and quality through a genba-oriented approach. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as the main field pursued by Miky since 2011 and has been helped by various industries and has been assisted in its application and has succeeded in bringing companies in Indonesia to achieve a prestigious award in the world, namely the PM Award given by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM).
Miky completed his education at Universitas Airlangga with the discipline of Pharmacy and earned a pharmacist degree at the same university. Prior to joining PQM Consultants, Miky has worked for Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories (a Kalbe Company) in Production Department and Quality System Department
