Miky Nurhariadi (MN) is a Consultant at PQM Consultants - a Consulting firm that specializes in helping clients in consulting and training to build continuous improvement culture by making “productivity and quality improvement through people” works. He is a Consultant who specializes in area of Productivity and Quality Improvement. He has served as consultant for shopfloor & management teams from various industries, services and manufacture, national and multinational companies, by providing consulting and/or training to make improvement happen in their workplaces through strong genba oriented processes.
Prior to joining PQM Consultant, He worked as Production Supervisor at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories (Kalbe Group). He managed production schedule, implement and maintain 5S activity, shopfloor development, continuous improvement and eliminating losses to increase productivity through lean manufacturing and autonomous maintenance implementation. He also had an experience in Quality System Department at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. During his career, He developed Total Productive Maintenance Program to increase reliability of machines, increased productivity. He also enhancing and maintain of 5S implementation, creating disciplined and effective environment, training development, and contributing in continuous improvement and drive for all improvement in company.
Miky completed his bachelor degree at Airlangga University with the disciplines of Pharmacy, and earned his apothecary’s at Airlangga University in Faculty of Pharmacy

Miky is a TPM Specialist-Bronze level recognized by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance
He attended various trainings & seminars in productivity and quality improvement such as : Business Excellence (Asian Productivity Organization), Training Course on Lean Manufacturing System (Asian Productivity Organization), Challenge to Higher TPM Awards through Integration of Total Productive Maintenance and Toyota Production System (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance), Program on Linkage Management System -Advanced Production System based on TPS & TPM- (AOTS-Nagoya)
