Nindytha Salsabila Kara Noor is a Technical Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in trainings and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people.
Bila is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from International Quality Federation (IQF) and certified Project Manager from International Organization for Project Management (IO4PM).
Bila completed her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Telkom University. In the final semester of her study, Bila took a concentration in the field of Project Management. Prior to joining PQM Consultants, Bila has worked experience as Human Resources Business Partner Staff at Medco E&P and She also has work experience as Project Management Officer at Telkom Akses.
Projects that have been assisted by Bila are the following : Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Design Thinking, Creative and Innovative Thinking, Data Analytic, Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement with PDCA, Microsoft Power BI & Tableau, Digital Transformation.
