Wahid is a Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in training and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people.
Wahid is certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the International Quality Federation (IQF), Certified Trainer, and CAPA Management for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Some of his specialties are in the field of productivity and quality improvement, i.e: Train The Trainer, 5S, Total Productive Management (TPM), 7 Waste, Lean Manufacturing, Continual Genba Improvement Best Practices, Integrated Understanding and Internal QHSE Audit Management System, K3 Expert General, Training Workshop on CAPA Management for Pharmaceutical Industry, Facilitation Skill, Leadership Training & Certified Trainer.
Wahid completed his Bachelor’s degree at Jendral Soedirman University with the disciplines of Electrical Engineering with majoring Electrical Control System. Prior to joining PQM Consultant, he worked for PT Kalbe Farma Tbk in Maintenance Department, Production Department, and Quality System Department. Wahid’s best achievement during his time as a practitioner was to contribute in achieving WHO Certification and building a maintenance system to get the TPM Award given by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) for PT Kalbe Farma. He also had the opportunity to act as a factory manager at PT Maruni Glass.
