Yozie Syamsubar is a Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in trainings and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people.
Yozie is Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS USA, now known as Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). He also holds certification in Production and Inventory Management from BNSP.
Yozie completed his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) and Master of Business Systems from Monash University, Australia. Yozie has extensive work experience for more than 20 year. He started his career as a Technical Consultant in PT. Mincom Indoservices and then worked for PT. Unilever Indonesia where he took various positions in Information Technology, Sales, Customer Service Operations, Supply and Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and Distribution Management. Yozie also worked as a professional consultant in logistics and inventory planning for PT Katamata Group.
Yozie has successfully completed several high scale projects such as Distributor Replenishment Systems (VMI) which aim for improving efficiency in order management and services to customers; established the Integrated Customer Services Database System to support visibility control and decision making process in day-to-day operations; Implementation of Frequent Replenishment to all Distribution Centre across nation using Inventory Model to support optimized inventory level and services to customers; Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) with main player of multinational modern retail; Complexity Reduction Initiation, which successfully brought increased efficiency in planning and distribution processes; The implementation of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) which brought positive impact to sales target achievement, supported by more efficient decision making processes and streamlined operations.
