Elisia R. Simangunsong is a Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in trainings and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people.
Elisia is certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. During 7 years experience in multinational manufacturing as a practitioner, she was chosen to have Global Leadership Training for 3 months in Sri Lanka. She also served as the project leader for the Quick Change Over and New Product Introduction projects, and played an active role in guiding Lean initiatives, which led management to appoint her as the Plant Lean Enterprise. She is strong in leadership, as in 2021 she received an international award from the Woman Go Beyond Foundation in Sri Lanka, winning in the Frontier Executive Inspired Leader category.
In additional of her Lean journey as a manufacturing process improvement consultant in multinational automachine manufacturing, she led numerous process improvement projects for various clients, including PT Inoac Polytechno Indonesia, PT Eratex Djaja Indonesia, PT Ecco Indonesia, PT Toyota Boshoku Indonesia, PT Busana Apparel, and many others.
Elisia holds a Bachelor's degree from Diponegoro University and commenced her career in multinational fashion manufacturing at MAS Arya Indonesia. Over a six-year period, she gained experience across various departments, beginning with Product Development and subsequently transitioning to Production.
