The International Quality Federation (IQF) is an organization aimed at bringing together quality experts. Explore this site to access valuable information and engage in discussions with fellow quality professionals.

PQM Consultants has been facilitating quality professionals in obtaining Lean Six Sigma Certification. We provide local certifications from PQM Consultants, as well as  international certifications in conjunction with IQF (International Quality Federation).

Six Sigma Green Belt Program (2019)

Gunung Sewu Group

Gunung Sewu is a company with diverse business units, operating in industries such as services, retail, and more. Its product portfolio includes Yupi candy, Indo Porcelain, and Great Giant Food (GGF).

Gunung Sewu Group launched a program to streamline several of its manufacturing units, known as the Manufacturing Center of Excellence (MCOE). PQM Consultants supported the fourth year of this MCOE program through the Six Sigma Green Belt initiative. As part of this program, PQM Consultants provided training and coaching for 10 projects. One notable project, "Reducing Gelatin Overconsumption in Kitchen 3 at PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum," successfully reduced overconsumption from 8% to 1.16%, resulting in cost savings of Rp 1,328,762,500.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Program (2022)

PT Mutu Gading Tekstil

PT Mutu Gading Tekstil is one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing yarn manufacturers, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of Polyester Textured Yarn (PTY).

PQM Consultants supported PT Mutu Gading Tekstil in implementing Lean Six Sigma across 15 departments in Solo, Jakarta, and Bandung. This program included executive briefings, training, and coaching. Notable results include the TQM Department reducing downgraded yarn from 337.22 kg to 267.70 kg and the TPM-E Department lowering the consumption cost of electric spare parts for spinning machines from $17,217.94 to $11,374.69.

PT ABM Investama Tbk

For the past four years, PQM Consultants has supported PT ABM Investama Tbk with its Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program. In 2020, the program included a self-assessment on the understanding of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt tools, along with training and coaching. PQM Consultants facilitated 10 improvement projects during this time. One notable project, "Improving TSP Response from 26% to 50%," resulted in reduced data sensitivity and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Dynapack Asia is a leading packaging and plastics provider with 37 manufacturing plants across six countries: Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, and Singapore.

In 2020, PQM Consultants facilitated a Six Sigma Green Belt Program at Dynapack Asia, resulting in 20 Six Sigma projects. One notable project, "Reducing Internal Rejects of Arrow 500 ml from 3.01% to 1.8%," significantly reduced failure costs and boosted production output.
