Dika obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering at Singaperbangsa Karawang University. Prior to joining PQM Consultants, he has more than 12 years of working experience, as People & Organization Development at PT Honda Prospect Motor, Academy Supervisor at Pindo Deli Pulp & Paper Mills (APP Sinar Mas) and Learning & Development Section Head at PT Satustop Finansial Solusi (Nabati Group).
