Althaf earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship from Gadjah Mada University. Prior to joining PQM Consultants, he has worked at one of the biggest banks in Indonesia for almost 20 years and gained a lot of experience especially in implementing and improving service excellence.
During his career, he specialized himself in Service Excellence and Customer Experience. To continue improving, he also attended various training and certification programs such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming for effective communication, Professional Coach Certification Program for coaching method in personal development, and Training Methodology for training delivery.
