Althaf earned his master degree in Entrepreneurship from Gadjah Mada University and then concentrated on Service Excellence. Prior to joining PQM Consultants, he worked at one of the biggest bank in Indonesia for almost 20 years and gained a lot of experience especially in implementing and improving service excellence.
During his career, he specialize himself in customer service excellence. To continue improving, he also attended various training and certification programs such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming for effective communication, Professional Coach Certification Program for coaching and Training Methodology for training delivery.
