Ni Made Hindita is a Senior Consultant of PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in trainings and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people. She specialized in the area of Standardization of Business Process and Quality Improvement.

She obtained her Bachelor Degree in Bandung Institute of Technology majoring in Mathematics. During her career for over 9 years in service and manufacturing industry, both local and multinational company, she is an expert in Quality Management System (Business Process Standardization, ISO 9001, and Developing Supplier – Contract Manufacturing Quality Management System), Quality Assurance (Statistical Process Control, Process Capability Analysis, Process Map, FMEA, Defect Classification, Gauge R&R, and qualified to conduct Supplier Qualification Assessment) and Quality Improvement through implementation of Pillar Quality in Manufacturing.

She has accomplished several projects in manufacturing industries for New Product and Process Development (for the latest product development she was awarded as a runner up winner for Fast and Flawless project in Global Quality Competition) and Reducing Quality Defects projects through Problem Solving Process.

She participated in several trainings such as: Integrated Management System for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Project Management Workshop, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma DMAIC, Process Kaizen Engineer in Quality pillar (certified as PKE in Quality), and Supplier – Contract Manufacturing Quality Audit.

As additional information, Dita has been certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from IQF (International Quality Federation).
