Rissa Lestari is a Consultant at PQM Consultants – a firm specializing in trainings and consulting to establish a culture of continuous improvement in client companies to increase their productivity and quality through people.
Rissa is an expert in Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) and Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC). Prior to joining PQM Consultants, she worked as Senior Staff Kaizen Dept and as Section Head PPIC Dept at PT Metindo Erasakti for 10 years. She contributed to improve delivery and production process with Toyota Production System (TPS) approach.
His experience in assisting clients includes Problem Solving, QCC, 5S, PDCA & 7QC Tools, Kaizen, Shopfloor Leadership and Supervisory Management. She has served clients from various industries such as service and manufacture.
Rissa completed her Bachelor's degree at Brawijaya University majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s Degree at Mercu Buana University majoring in Industrial Engineering.
