Dian Ananda Setiawan (DAS) is a Consultant of PQM Consultants – a Consulting firm that specializes in helping clients to build continuous improvement culture by making “productivity and quality improvement through people” works. She is a Consultant who specializes in area of Human Resources.
She accomplished her bachelor degree in Psychology and obtained Psychology Profession Program at Atma Jaya Catholic University. She is a psychologist with human resource experience background.
She began her career as a Human Resources for more than 11 years as HR practitioner, handling HR administration, HRIS, industrial relation, employee relation (such as employee issue and complain, counseling and exit interview), assessment for selection and people development. She is also capable as an internal auditor based on ISO 9001:2008.
With her background in human resources, Dian has helped clients from various fields of industry, manufacturing and services, both in consultancy program and training, such as Develop Competency Model, Performance Management System, Competency Based Interview, Training Need Analysis, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Employee Engagement, SDM Pemula, Assessment, Coaching,and so on.
She attended conference and various trainings and seminars in human resource and assessment, i.e: DISC, Wartegg Zeichentest, HR Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Train the Trainers, Coaching for Improvement, ARTDO International (Philippine) and received Certified Assessor Competency from BNSP. She also attended Kaizen, Awareness & Quality Internal Auditor based on ISO 9001:2008 and Up-grading ISO 9001:2015.
