Dian Ananda Setiawan (DAS) is a Consultant of PQM Consultants – a Consulting firm that specializes in helping clients to build continuous improvement culture by making “productivity and quality improvement through people” works. She is a Consultant who specializes in Human Resources.

Dian accomplished her bachelor degree in Psychology and completed Psychology Profession Program at Atma Jaya Catholic University. She began her career as a Human Resources for more than 11 years as HR practitioner. She also developed and implemented HRMS, organization development, recruitment, assessment, talent management, training &
development, and industrial relations at the company. While doing her work, she was able as an internal auditor based on
ISO 9001:2008.

With her background in human resources, Dian has helped clients from various industries, both manufacturing and services. In consultancy, she was able to develop Competency Model, Performance Management System, conduct assessment and coaching. In training, She has experienced teaching various topics, such as Competency Based Interview,
Training Need Analysis, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, SDM Pemula, Coaching, Creative & Innovative Thinking, and so on.

She attended conference, various trainings and seminars, i.e: DISC, Wartegg Zeichentest, HR Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Train the Trainers, Coaching for Improvement, Workload Analysis, Supervisory Management, HC Conference: ARTDO International (Philippine) and received Certified Assessor Competency from BNSP. She also attended training: Kaizen, Awareness & Quality Internal Auditor based on ISO 9001:2008 and Up-grading ISO 9001:2015.
