Dian obtained her Bachelor Degree in Psychology and completed Psychology Profession Program at Atma Jaya Catholic University. She has more than 11 years of experience as a Human Resources practitioner. She has developed and implemented HRMS, organization development, recruitment, assessment, talent management, training & development, and industrial relations at the company she worked for. During her tenure she was selected as an internal auditor based on ISO 9001:2008.
With her background in Human Resources, Dian has helped clients from various industries and services. As a consultant she develops Competency Model, Performance Management System, conducts coaching and assessments. She is also experienced in teaching various topics such as Competency Based Interview, Training Need Analysis, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Talent Management, Train the Trainers, Resilience, Leadership, Employee Engagement, SDM Pemula, Coaching, HR For Non HR, Change Management, Creative & Innovative Thinking, and so on.
She attended many conferences, various trainings and seminars, i.e: DISC, Wartegg Zeichentest, HR Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Train the Trainers, Coaching for Improvement, Workload Analysis, Supervisory Management, HC Conference: ARTDO International (Philippine) and received Certified Assessor Competency from BNSP and Certified Professional Human Capital Management (CPHCM). She also attended trainings such as Kaizen, Awareness & Quality Internal Auditor based on ISO 9001:2008 and Up-grading ISO 9001:2015.
