Miky Nurhariadi (MN) a Consultant at PQM Consultants – a Consulting firm that specializes in helping clients in consulting and training to build continuous improvement culture by making “productivity and quality improvement through people” works.  He is a Consultant who specializes in area of Productivity and Quality Improvement.

Prior to joining PQM Consultant, He worked at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories (Kalbe Group) in Production Department. He managed production schedule, 5S implementation, shopfloor development, continuous improvement and eliminating losses to increase productivity through lean manufacturing and autonomous maintenance implementation.  He also had an experience in Quality System Department at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. During his career, He developed Total Productive Maintenance Program to increase reliability of machines, increased productivity. He also developed and maintain of 5S implementation, creating disciplined and effective environment, training development, and contributing in continuous improvement and drive for all improvement.

Miky completed his bachelor degree at Airlangga University with the disciplines of Pharmacy, and earned his apothecary’s at Airlangga University in Faculty of Pharmacy

He attended various trainings & seminars in productivity and quality improvement, i.e : Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008, Occupational Health and Safety System OHSAS 18001: 2007, Environmental Management System ISO 14001: 2005, Train The Trainer, 5S, Total Productive Management, Maintenance Engineering, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Continual Improvement Genba Best Practice, Lean Manufacturing, and Leadership Training, Business Excellence (Asian Productivity Organization), Training Course on Lean Manufacturing System (Asian Productivity Organization), Challenge to Higher TPM Awards through Integration of Total Productive Maintenance and Toyota Production System (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance)
