Miky Nurhariadi is a Principal Consultant at PQM Consultants – a consulting institution specializing in building a culture of continuous improvement in Client companies to realize an increase in productivity and quality through human resources.
Miky specializes in the field of Productivity and Quality Improvement. Miky has assisted clients from various fields of industry, manufacturing and services, national and multinational companies in improving organizational performance, both in the form of consulting and training to improve productivity and quality through a genba-oriented approach.
Miky completed his education at Universitas Airlangga with the discipline of Pharmacy and earned a pharmacist degree at the same university. His career journey began as a Production Supervisor at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories (a Kalbe Company). Responsible for stabilizing the production process, implementing and maintaining 5S/5R activities, employee development, continuous improvement and eliminating non-value-added things to increase productivity through the application of lean manufacturing and autonomous maintenance. Then move to the Quality System section responsible for the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) best practices carried out in the company, develop and maintain the implementation of 5S in all areas of the company, create discipline, develop training systems and contribute to continuous improvement and boost improvements activity in the company.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as the main field pursued by Miky since 2011 and has been helped by various industries and has been assisted in its application and has succeeded in bringing companies in Indonesia to achieve a prestigious award in the world, namely the PM Award given by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM).
